Byron likes all things smooth and balanced. Byron Blend is full bodied with mellow acidity, milk chocolate body and nutty finish. 100% Australian grown coffee – naturally spray free. Fully washed processed beans and a touch of ‘naturals’ for rounded depth of flavour. Practically organic and grown with regenerative care practices at Zentvelds coffee farm and 2 other estates. With small harvest of 2021 – rarer than ever! Available in 200g and 1kg as whole beans.

Medium – Dark roast suitable for black and milk-based espresso.

Blessed with the cooler microclimate of the subtropics, Zentveld’s grow their coffee naturally without harmful pesticides.  Our cooler climate brings the natural benefits of a longer ripening season with real sweetness in the bean. With organic inputs, bird and worm friendly, we find biological practises are better for the overall health of our soils, our coffee trees and the land and waterways that we are caretakers of Registered Land for Wildlife, we established creek line rainforest regeneration and wildlife corridors for biodiversity, 20 years ago.
