The Rib Eye or Scotch Fillet is one of our most popular Aussie steaks thanks to its juicy tenderness and rich, meaty flavour. Beautifully marbled for maximum succulence whether cooked in the pan, BBQ or stir fry.

Bring steak to room temperature 30 minutes prior to cooking. Season steak on both sides and sear it on one side for 2-2.5 minutes, turn and sear for another 2 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

steak tender just cut too thinly

I will buy again , very good for streak sandwich but cut too thin for a meal ( barbi or steak Diane etc ideally giving the customer the option of the thin cut or thicker cut would be great)

Hard to recommend when we would always have a thicker cut steak , tenderness is not the issueu here
