Grass Fed Porterhouse Steak - 2 pieces (approx 460g)
The Porterhouse cut is prepared from the striploin. A combination of lean, tender steak with a thin top strip of fat for extra taste. Simple is best - bring the meat to room temperature for 30 minutes, season lightly and cook on a medium-hot grill for a few minutes each side. Perfection!
