Lamb Rump Steak (3-4 pieces, approx 400g)
Grass Fed and Finished Lamb Rump Steaks are a plump yet lean cut, with a generous layer of fat to keep the meat juicy. Rump steaks are extremely versatile and work well with marinades, diced and added to a curry or sliced in pastas and salads.
The rump comes from the back side of the lamb where the top of the leg meets the loin.
Our 100% grass fed and finished lamb is regeneratively farmed.
