Lean and flavourful, our Grass Fed and Finished Flank steak is an ideal choice to marinate for a quick, dry cook or braise to improve its tenderness.
As flank is so lean, it's important not to overcook this cut. Slice thinly sliced against the grain when carving.
Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.
Bring steak to room temperature 30 minutes prior to cooking. Season steak and sear it on one side for 2-2.5 minutes, turn and sear for another 2 minutes. Cover loosely with foil for 5 minutes and serve.
