The Easy Carve Leg is made from the hindquarter and is prepared by removing the bone and surrounding fat before removing the shank. Sear it in the pan before slow cooking to seal in all its juice and flavour.

Spread your favourite dry rub or marinade all over and place into a baking tray, cover bottom of the tray with water. Preheat the oven to 160C and cover your baking tray with foil. Roast it for 3-4 hours. Remove foil at the last 20-30 mins.
