These are not your average empanadas! These are made lovingly and carefully by Emily and Max at El Asador with Dirty Clean Food regenerative lamb in store. Perfect for a mid-afternoon snack and sharing!

Ingredients: DCF Grass fed Lamb Shoulder, Onion, Capscium, Red Wine, Rosemary, Garlic, Paprika, Lamb Stock Pastry (contains: Butter, Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt)

Defrost prior to cooking. Consume within 48 hours.

Deep Fry/ Pan Fry: Heat oil to 180C. Place empanadas into fryer and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180C. Place on lined greased tray. Brush tops with melted butter or oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
