These are not your average empanadas! These are made lovingly and carefully by Emily and Max at El Asador with Dirty Clean Food regenerative lamb in store. These have been parcooked for your convenience, all you have to do is to pop them in your oven to heat and finish!
Perfect for a mid-afternoon snack and sharing!
Ingredients: DCF Grass fed Lamb Shoulder, Onion, Capscium, Red Wine, Rosemary, Garlic, Paprika, Lamb Stock Pastry (contains: Butter, Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt)
Defrost prior to cooking. Consume within 48 hours.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180C. Place on lined greased tray. Brush tops with melted butter or oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
