Serve these sausages as a main with potato salad or alongside Foley’s Frothing Fermentations Raw Sauerkraut or as a sandwich on a bun.
Pork mince, salt, pepper, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, natural casing.
Chill to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pan fry for 7 minutes before turning and cooking for another 7 minutes.
Totally delicious on their own, but also yummy to serve as a main with potato salad or alongside Foley’s Frothing Fermentations Raw Sauerkraut or as a sandwich on a bun.
This product is snap frozen for your storage convenience. Keep frozen until you defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking.
