Beef liver is the most nutrient dense organ meat, and it is a powerful source of vitamin A. Vitamin A is key for immune, eye, skin, and reproductive health. Liver also contains folic acid, iron, chromium, copper, and zinc and is known to be particularly good for the heart and for increasing hemoglobin level in the blood.

Not all livers are created equal though and it’s important to choose beef liver that comes from high-quality animals. Our Dirty Clean Food cattle are grass-fed, regeneratively grown and raised as nature intended without antibiotics, making them your ideal choice.
