Grass Fed and Finished Chuck Steak is best for low and slow cooking, and braising it will bring out its best flavours. 

Cut from the neck and shoulder, chuck is a heavily exercised muscle, but when cooked over a longer period of time it produces shreds of tender juicy meat.

Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Heat oil in a hard bottom, oven safe pan and sear Steak on all sides very well. Cover with an inch or 2 of Beef stock and braise in the oven with a lid on at 160* for an hour or so.
This product is snap frozen for your convenience. Thaw overnight in the fridge when ready to eat.
