Grass Fed and Finished Beef Bavette steak is similar to Flank steak and is rich in flavour and almost crumbling in texture when cooked right. Cut from the beef flap, it is best cooked hot and fast on an open flame grill and then sliced against the grain for a more tender bite.
Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed and MSA graded.
