Perfectly balanced flavors make this a lamb sausage with really wide appeal! Freshly ground grass fed lamb is carefully blended with binders, rosemary, and delicate spices for a firm, meaty bite and mild flavour. Free from gluten, dairy, and soy.
There are 6 tasty sausages per pack. They are of course free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours, so keep them frozen until you are ready to use them. Thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking - enjoy!
Ingredients: Grass Fed Lamb (80%), Water, Potato Starch, Cornflour, Salt, Rosemary, Spice Extracts, Natural Sausage Casing.
Chill to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pan fry for 7 minutes before turning and cooking for another 7 minutes.
