Description

If you're feeling adventurous, this one's for you. These sausages are made using premium course-ground minced pork is combined with pepper, chilli flakes, garlic, smoked paprika and lemon zest to give you a spicy kick. Our sausages are made from pasture raised pork and are nitrate and preservative free.

Ingredients

Pork, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic granules, smoked paprika and lemon zest.

Cooking Times

Bring to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pan fry for 7 minutes before turning and cooking for another 7 minutes.
