The first documented Bratwurst in Germany dates back to 1313. Try our version made with regeneratively grown pork! You will be regenerating the world while enjoying this German delicacy.

Serve these sausages as a main with potato salad or alongside Foley’s Frothing Fermentations Raw Sauerkraut or as a sandwich on a bun.

 

Pork mince, salt, pepper, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, natural casing.
Chill to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pan fry for 7 minutes before turning and cooking for another 7 minutes.
Totally delicious on their own, but also yummy to serve as a main with potato salad or alongside Foley’s Frothing Fermentations Raw Sauerkraut or as a sandwich on a bun.
This product is snap frozen for your storage convenience. Keep frozen until you defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking.

Bestest brats!

Another amazing porky product! Love mixing these into eggs with devoted butter for a tasty power brekkie or lunch in a hurry cold but cooked straight from the fridge. The spices are spot on and no nasty fillers!

Very salty

They looked great but first bite and I knew I didn't like them. Kids couldn't eat them. They were too salty and there was another strange flavour going on. I hope the recipe can be tweaked!
