FRESH BREAD!!! Yes, you read that right - we are bringing you a selection of fresh bread straight from the ovens at Everyday Bread. Thomas Radford and Zachary Flemming are the duo behind this humble Willagee bakery. Head baker Zachary has travelled extensively across Australia and even ventured to Korea to spend time and sharpen his skills in local bakeries.
Everyday Bread only uses sustainable, stone ground and wholegrain flours (ASP Certified) from Wholegrain Milling Co and are keen to keep bread as nutritious as possible - as it should be.
The Dirty Clean Food Team has selected their three favourites to offer you after sampling their extensive range, we hope you enjoy them as much as we have!
A delicious seeded sourdough with 85% white and 15% wholegrain flour. Featuring their house-made seed mix packed with nuttiness, and covered in rolled oats, it is described as having a moist medium open crumb and a light golden crust to amplify its nutty (almost peanut butter like) profile.
