Perfect for the cooler seasons, this soup mix features the best biodynamic produce Mount Zero has to offer: lentils, pearl barley and farro. These all combine to provide great flavour, with the addition of split red lentils and split yellow peas to work as a thickener and binder. Simply add to soups, stews and casseroles. It provides an excellent source of protein, dietary fibre and carbohydrates. Contains gluten.
