Made fresh and snap-frozen by the team at Tommy Sugo, this ravioli is made with Dirty Clean Food’s regenerative beef. Perfect as a mid-week treat, a low budget - restaurant quality meal. All you have to do is to add your favourite sauce or pair it with our Tommy Sugo - Traditional Sicilian Beef Bolognese Sauce! Serves 2-3.

Ingredients: Pasta (Durum Semolina, Semolina, Water), Filling (Dirty Clean Food Regenerative Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Beef Stock, Breadcrumbs, Romano Cheese, Onion, Celery, Red Wine, Yeast Extract, Salt, Garlic, Canola Oil, Parsley, Pepper.

Allergy Information: Contains Milk Solids, Gluten & Soy Products. May contain traces of Nuts, Seafood, Egg & Lupin.

Instructions: Bring a pot of water to boil (approx. 2-3 litres). Add pasta and boil for approx. 4-6 mins stirring occasionally. Check if soft or al dente to taste. Pasta will break apart if overcooked. Drain water. Add sauce and serve.

Storage: Keep Frozen.
