Grass Fed and Finished, our Silverside is cured in a nitrate free brine. This boneless cut has less marbled fat and a course grained texture. As a result Silverside is best slow cooked by braising in liquid over a low heat to ensure it doesn't dry out.

Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Rinse in cold water to remove brine, bring pot to boil and remove grey foam. Add aromatics and simmer 25-40 mins for every 500g.

This product is snap frozen for your convenience. Thaw overnight in the fridge when ready to eat.

Silverside

We love this nitrate free silverside I do it in the slow cooker

I live in the wheatbelt area and I can only get my meat when I visit my daughter in Perth.

Please can you put a couple more freezer blocks in the box.

I double bag and put what you give me in the bag with the meat but by the time I get home some of the meat has started to defrost and I can’t Re freeze.

Tender

It cooked to perfection, only trouble with silverside in general is the shrinkage. Mum cooked silverside all year round when i was a kid (now 72) and that was t hge only downside. Knowing it's from pastured fed and finished beef is the icing on the cake.

Divine

This is my go-to for sandwich meat, coupled with sauerkraut. I can't live without it and cry when it's out of stock.
