Our Grass Fed and Finished Chuck Short Rib Plates are sure to impress. Consisting of the rib bones, intercostals and layers of meat and fat, they are jam-packed with flavour. 

It’s safe to say that these beef ribs are one the best cuts for slow cooking, allowing the fat to break down and coat the ribs to ensure a flavour punch in each bite. 

Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Great ribs these are. Smoked for about 4 hours on my Kamado and they turned out mint.
