Bookara Goat Dairy Curd (Cream Cheese) 300g

Bookara is a family owned and run dairy in the Irwin Shire. Cheese from Bookara Goat Dairy is hand made by Mark and Cate Weston. 

This is an ultra-creamy, smooth textured soft cheese that is handmade with the freshest of milk. Bookara’s curd or cream cheese can be used in sweet and savoury dishes.

Spread the curd on toast or a bagel for breakfast.

This curd is not “goaty” in flavour due to the freshness of Bookara’s milk at the point of cheese making.

Bookara use fresh milk from their own goats and add the finest cultures, some Western Australian salt and lots of tender loving care.
