Cooking Times

Pre-heat oven at 180C fan forced. As a rule, roast for 20 minutes per 500g. If using a thermometer cook until internal temperature of thigh is at 75C.

This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C.

I could taste the difference immediately. The smell , the look. So much better than so called ‘free range’ chicken that is sold in the supermarkets.
