ANZAC Biscuits

This ANZAC biscuit uses 100% whole wheat freshly milled flour and single origin rolled oats from the Wheatbelt. True Blue ingredients for a delicious Aussie favourite.



    1. Add the flour, sugar, rolled oats and coconut into a mixing bowl.
    2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add golden syrup and water.
    3. Stir bicarb of soda into the saucepan
    4. Add the ingredients from the saucepan into the mixing bowl and combine using a wooden spoon.
    5. Roll into small balls and flatten onto a baking tray with baking paper.
    6. Bake in the oven for 10 -12 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
    7. Leave to cool.
